§ 874.16 Contractor Eligibility
To receive AML funds, every successful bidder for an AML contract must be eligible under 30 CFR §§ 773.12, 773.13, and 773.14 of this chapter at the time of contract award to receive a permit or provisionally issued permit to conduct surface coal mining operations.
